Banks generally do not have access to or liability for the secret or undisclosed contents of your safety deposit box or locker. These containers are meant to be private, and the bank typically does not have the right to access or disclose the contents without your permission.

The contents of your safety deposit box are considered your private property. Banks have a legal obligation to keep the box secure and to maintain your privacy. The bank's responsibility is to provide a secure place for you to store your valuables, and they should not have access to the contents unless required by law under specific circumstances, such as a court order or if there are suspicions of illegal activities involving the box.
